With a successful track record building and managing the full spectrum of multichannel BPO, CRM and ITO organizations, I’m excited to now call TELUS International home, and to focus on accelerating the company’s growth as its Chief Commercial Officer.

Prior to joining TELUS International in May 2017, I served as Executive Vice-President of Global Operations at Sitel, Senior-Vice President at Sykes, and Executive Vice-President at ICT Group. These roles included overseeing large multinational teams, ensuring efficient global operations, growing strategic client relationships, and developing new business.     

With a career that spans several global BPOs, I can truly say that corporate culture and employee engagement are what makes TELUS International unique in the BPO industry. Employee engagement is our competitive advantage and why I feel it’s different here at TELUS International.

Having traveled extensively throughout my career, I try to speak different languages including Spanish, French and Portuguese. I currently reside in the Orlando, Florida area with my wife of 35 years, our twin daughters, and Sophie our golden retriever.
