As President and CEO of TELUS International, I am committed to service excellence for our global business process, contact center and IT outsourcing clients. In our industry, culture is the differentiator; it’s what drives our spirited teamwork and our customers’ first commitment.

Since joining TELUS in 2001, I’ve delivered strong business outcomes through progressively senior positions across Finance and Administration, IP Applications Business Development, New Product and Service Development, Ventures, and Mergers and Acquisitions.

As Executive Vice-President, TELUS Communications Inc. and President and CEO at TELUS International, I’ve had the privilege to lead what I believe to be the best team in the BPO industry, with over 32,000 inspiring team members who surpass client expectations every day from our offices in Asia, Europe, Central America and North America. As a result, it was an honor to have recently been named “Executive of the Year – Gold Stevie Winner” in the Business Services category of the International Business Awards (Stevie Awards), on behalf of the TELUS International team.

I am especially proud of our global corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts that are, again, unparalleled in the BPO industry. Not only do thousands of our team members donate their hearts and hands building entire schools and villages from the ground up, but also, so do our clients, many of whom join together with us in our CSR events in a shared sense of social purpose. It is these deeper partnerships between our team and our clients that we aspire to create at TELUS International, all while making a meaningful difference in the communities where we work, live and serve.
